Transparency Code

Under legislation which took effect in 2015 parish councils with a turnover of less than £25,000 such as Manaton Parish Council are exempt from external audits but are required instead to publish information about their activities each year as specified in the Transparency Code.  An explanation of the Code can found through this link: Transparency Code
